Rajat’s dispute with powerlifter Saurav Kumar Singh, otherwise called Singha, decentralized in 2023. However, one of the most significant scandals connected with Rajat emerged in June 2024 when he was arrested on the charge of the kidnapping of an 18-year-old boy, Dhyan Lodha.
