Fans of The Family Man have plenty of reasons to look forward to another round of espionage, family chaos and Srikant Tiwari’s trademark jugaad. After the third season arrived in November 2025, the hit spy thriller is already moving towards its next chapter. The Season 3 finale also left viewers with several unanswered questions, making the wait for a follow-up even more intriguing.
Manoj Bajpayee is expected to return as Srikant, the intelligence officer who somehow manages to balance dangerous missions with the everyday headaches of family life. The upcoming season will pick up the story with more action, unpredictable turns and the domestic drama that has become a signature of the series. Details are still scarce, but a few things about Season 4 have already come to light.
Here’s what we know so far about its release timeline, returning cast and possible storyline.
The Family Man Season 4 Release Date: When Will It Premiere?
Srikant Tiwari’s next assignment is officially in the works. In an interview with Variety India, Raj Nidimoru, one of the creators, has confirmed that preparations for Season 4 are underway. Manoj Bajpayee has also indicated that he will return for another season, giving fans a reason to celebrate.
The Family Man Season 4 could arrive in late 2026 or sometime in 2027, according to Digit. However, Amazon Prime Video has not announced an official release date yet. So, fans will have to wait a little longer to find out when they can watch it.
Waiting is not fun, especially when you really want to see what happens next. Even Srikant Tiwari, who is good at handling dangerous missions, probably cannot speed up the show’s production. There is no secret trick for that!
What Can We Expect From The Family Man Season 4?
Season 3 ended with a big cliffhanger and left several questions unanswered. This has made fans curious about what will happen next. Season 4 is expected to pick up where the previous season ended and explain some of the things that were left unfinished.
Srikant’s life as a secret agent and a family man will probably remain the main focus. He has to handle dangerous missions while also dealing with problems at home. Fans can expect more spy missions, exciting action scenes, office problems and funny family moments. It looks like Srikant will have plenty of trouble to deal with again!
That’s the formula that has made The Family Man such an engaging watch. The contrast between high-risk intelligence work and the mundanity of family responsibilities gives the series much of its character, and Season 4 is expected to retain that balance.
Manoj Bajpayee has already offered fans a hint about the unresolved plot. During an interactive session on X, a fan asked him about the Season 3 ending. His response was reassuring: “Sabka jawab 4th season me hoga! Jaldi milte ha!”
Well, there’s your answer. The explanations are coming, although viewers will have to wait for them.
The Family Man Season 4 Cast – Who Is Returning?
Manoj Bajpayee is confirmed to return as Srikant Tiwari, the intelligence officer at the centre of the series. Several familiar characters could also make a comeback, bringing back the relationships and interpersonal dynamics that have shaped the story over three seasons.
The expected returning cast includes:
- Manoj Bajpayee as Srikant Tiwari: The show’s central character is set to return for another round of intelligence operations.
- Priyamani as Suchitra Tiwari: Srikant’s wife may once again feature in the family drama.
- Sharib Hashmi as JK Talpade: Srikant’s trusted colleague is expected to be back.
- Shreya Dhanwanthary as Zoya: She could reprise her role in the upcoming instalment.
- Ashlesha Thakur as Dhriti: Srikant’s daughter may return.
- Vedant Sinha as Atharva: Srikant’s son is also expected to feature.
There are a couple of other interesting possibilities. Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur have both been linked to speculation surrounding the new season, although neither actor’s return has been officially confirmed. The previous seasons of The Family Man are available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
Conclusion
The fourth season has plenty of unfinished business to address. With production work underway and another instalment confirmed, the series is preparing to bring Srikant’s story back to the screen. The reported 2026-2027 release window gives fans a rough idea of when they might see him again, although Amazon Prime Video is yet to reveal the premiere date or complete cast list.
One thing seems certain. Srikant Tiwari still has a few problems to sort out, and judging by the Season 3 finale, his next assignment could be quite a ride.
